Terms of Use

This website exists to tell you about High Society Suspects and to let you join the guest list. Nothing on it is a contract, and no booking is made here.

Tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Your purchase is a contract with us made through their platform, and Eventbrite's own terms govern how the transaction is processed.

Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the event. Beyond that, refunds, exchanges and transfers are handled according to the policy shown on the Eventbrite listing at the time you buy. Please read it before purchasing. For a case by case request, contact solve@highsocietysuspects.com.

This is a 21+ event. Photo identification is required at the door, and we cannot admit anyone who does not have it. No refund is given where entry is refused for lack of ID.

We ask guests to dress for the occasion. We reserve the right to refuse entry for behaviour that puts other guests, our cast or the venue at risk.

Our chef accommodates allergens and vegan diets where we are told in advance. Dietary requests must reach us by email at least one week before the event. We cannot accommodate requests made at the door.

Food is prepared in a working kitchen that handles common allergens. We take care, but we cannot guarantee any dish is free from cross-contact.

This is an interactive, comedic performance. Actors move among the guests and may speak to you directly. You are never obliged to take part.

The event includes theatrical lighting, sound and staged scenes involving a fictional crime.

Details including the cast, the menu and the running order may change. We will tell the guest list about anything significant.

We may photograph or film the evening for our own promotion. If you would rather not appear, tell a member of our team on the night and we will respect it.

The event takes place at The Church Nightclub, 1160 Lincoln St, Denver, CO 80203. The venue sets its own house rules and its staff have final say on the premises.

The name High Society Suspects, our logo, and the writing and images on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them without asking.
