Privacy Policy

If you join the guest list, we collect the name and email address you type into that form. That is the only information this site asks you for.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type and approximate location. We do not use this to identify you.

We use your email address to send you news about High Society Suspects: early access to tickets, event details, and entry into the guest list giveaway. That is all.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

This website is hosted by Base44, a Wix company. Our email runs through Google Workspace. Tickets are sold through Eventbrite, which collects payment information directly and handles it under its own privacy policy, not ours. We never see your card details.

We keep your details on the guest list until you ask us to remove them, or until the event series ends and the list is no longer in use.

You can leave the guest list at any time. Just reply to any email from us, or email us directly, and we will take you off.

You can also email us at any time to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted entirely. We will do it.

If you live in Colorado, the Colorado Privacy Act gives you rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising. You can exercise any of those rights by emailing us at the address below.

This is a 21+ event and this site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the event series grows. The date at the bottom of this page tells you when it last changed.
